Q2 CSAT Survey Follow Up - August
Hello KWPR!
We’re back again with another CSAT survey follow up. Since our last blog post we announced a revamp in our Daily Email and shared some exciting high-level training opportunities. In today’s update we’d like to share our findings from the revamp, and announce new communication channels we’ll be launching.
Daily Email Revamp:
The Daily Email revamp went live on July 17th. Since then we’ve seen our open rate climb to 60% bringing us to an average open rate YTD of 58%. Our click rate has also increased, up 62% since the change in format. These kinds of increases tell us that the new format accomplished our goal and the content within is getting more interactions!
Announcements:
A new website is in the works! KWPR.org is launching THIS MONTH (August 2023). Our goal with the website is to maintain a professional online presence for any agents at another firm while simultaneously offering a “one-stop-shop” for our current KWPR associates. In addition we currently plan to house important, firm-wide updates and announcements on the website. We believe this approach to announcements or updates helps keep your inboxes clean and ensures you can always go back to the webpage if need be. We’d like to preface the launch of the website by mentioning that it will evolve as the needs of our agents evolve. How it launches could be entirely different from how it looks a year from now. We absolutely welcome any and all feedback and suggestions to help improve the user experience.
Shown above is just a small taste of what KWPR.org has to offer! We’re excited to share more at the end of August when we plan to launch.
A brand new “Total Market Overview” launches this month in partnership with 1st Raleigh Mortgage. This newsletter will include detailed market statistics with premade graphics ready for your client presentations. We’ll have more to share regarding this newsletter in the coming weeks as the final product gets closer to the finish line.
